At Embuer Blinds, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
• A full refund will be issued if the order has not been dispatched.

Cancellation After Dispatch

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
• Customers can follow the return policy if applicable.

Customized Products

Orders for customized or made-to-measure blinds cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
